FAQ

1. Who can rent these items?
All current clients of Take the Cake Events can rent any items.

2. When do we need to finalize the rentals?
Final rental order must be finalized with Take the Cake Events no later than your ceremony rehearsal.

3.  I found a better price. Will you match it?
Yes, just email us the link or a copy of the add, tag, etc and we would be happy to price match.

4. When do we pay?
A final bill will be sent after the event that will include the rental items and will be required to be paid no later than 1 month after the wedding. We are happy to get you the bill early if you are sure you don't want to add additional rental items.

5. You say you have 10 of an item, but I need 15. Can I get more?
Depending on the item, we may be able to purchase more to rent to you and then add them to our inventory. Contact us to talk about it.

6. I want to jazz up an item you offer.
We are happy to customize many items to fit your theme. Just let us know what you want and we will see what we can do.

7. Can I use the rentals at my rehearsal dinner?
Yes, we would be happy to get the rentals to you early so you can use them at your rehearsal dinner.
